JC is a senior media and advertising executive with decades of experience across video and digital advertising, working at the intersection of brands, agencies, and media organizations.
He founded Clear Compass to bring senior-level perspective and hands-on leadership to teams navigating growth, go-to-market decisions, and moments of change.
Having worked directly with brand media teams and CMOs, as well as agency leaders and media executives, JC brings a practical, operator’s mindset shaped by firsthand, cross-organizational experience.
