It was shaped by more than two decades of leading growth, building high-performing teams, strengthening relationships, and helping organizations navigate change.

Along the way, I had the opportunity to work with exceptional leaders, talented teams, and organizations at many different stages of growth. While every business was different, the challenges often weren't.

The organizations that achieved sustainable growth rarely did so because of one great idea. They succeeded because they had clarity, stayed focused on what mattered most, built meaningful relationships, and executed with discipline over time.

When those fundamentals began to weaken, growth became harder. Priorities competed. Teams became less aligned. Opportunities were missed—not because people lacked talent, but because complexity gradually replaced clarity.

Those experiences shaped the way I think about growth.
